When and where is the wedding?
Saturday, November 14th, 2026 at six o’clock in the evening, at The Whiskey Factory, 1000 Maple St, Detroit, MI 48207. Ceremony and reception are both on site.
What time should I arrive?
Please aim to arrive by 5:30 PM so everyone is seated before the ceremony begins promptly at six.
What's the dress code?
Cocktail attire. Think a suit and tie or sport coat, a cocktail dress, or a dressy jumpsuit — polished but comfortable enough to dance in. The venue is a former whiskey distillery, so heels and thin soles may struggle with the old floors. Please, no jeans or sneakers, and skip long floor-length gowns.
Can I bring a plus-one or my kids?
This is an adults-only celebration. Your invitation will indicate whether a guest is included with your RSVP. We love your little ones, but we hope you'll enjoy a night off.
Is there parking?
Yes — parking is available on site at the venue. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is also easy and encouraged if you plan to enjoy the bar.

What's there to do in Detroit?

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Entirely indoors and climate-controlled — mid-November in Detroit means cozy inside.
What about the weekend events?
There's a Welcome Party on Friday the 13th (7–9 PM) and a Farewell Brunch on Sunday the 15th (9:30–11 AM). Your RSVP lets you reply to each one.

Is the registry ready?
