A Ride to
the Airport
It started with a car ride. A family friend was driving Adam to the airport before he left for a trip to the Netherlands, and somewhere between the traffic and the small talk, he asked if he was single. Then he told him about Erica: a doctor, Canadian, Jewish — and, most importantly, a Packers fan.
"You had me at Green Bay Packers fan."
Erica, for her part, had no idea a car ride had set anything in motion — but she was intrigued enough to do her homework. Adam was nearly impossible to find online, so his LinkedIn became her only intel.
